St Paul’s School Trust
The St Paul’s Primary School Trust ( “The Trust” ) was established in 1996 in order to manage the funds which had been given by the parents of children at St Paul’s school at that time.
The Trustees are :
Name | Position |
---|---|
Mrs Theresa Davis | Chair of Trustees |
Mr Roy Stanson | Treasurer |
Revd. Daniel Sandham | |
Mrs Clare Cresswell |
The purpose of the Trust is to apply such sums, in whatever charitable ways that the Trustees consider appropriate, to promote the wellbeing of the school, the education and welfare of the pupils and staff at St Paul’s school. The Declaration of Trust states that the school should be supported by the development and maintenance of the fabric and amenities of the school buildings. Under certain circumstances the Trust may also award scholarships, exhibitions and bursaries to provide financial assistance towards outfits, clothing, tools, instruments or books, on the recommendation of the Headteacher.
The Trust meets regularly and is registered as charity number 1062536 with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Financial accounts for the Trust are prepared annually and are subject to scrutiny by an external, Independent Examiner.
