Reception have been learning about doubling in maths. The children very much enjoyed icing their biscuits and using the smarties to create some doubling pairs such as 3 and 3 or 4 and 4. This prompted good discussion using mathematical vocabulary and demonstrated their understanding. They enjoyed tasting them even more!
